There is lots of literature available around Situational Leadership, and the original model has been built on and adapted a number of times. For the purposes of this webinar Pat Ashworth will talk about the two key principles of that original model – the ability and willingness of the team member, and the corresponding leadership style to get the best out of them, and will use some scenarios to bring the model to life.
