Mental Health Awareness
Most of us are pretty aware of the things we should do to keep our bodies healthy – regular exercise, staying hydrated, a balanced diet, sleeping well – and certainly given your fields of work, you will know more than most.
What we perhaps are less adept at is taking steps to keep our minds healthy. That means that we may not look after ourselves as well as we should and perhaps don’t recognise issues with others quickly. So, this webinar will concentrate on mental wellbeing – the things we can do to promote our own wellbeing and the ways we can support each other.
