Empowering People Group announces two key appointments to support continued growth and customer success in new era of employee relations

Empowering People Group today announces two key appointments as the Group enters its next phase of growth. Rena Christou has been appointed as the new Group Chief Executive Officer, and Toby Allen joins as Interim Chief Product Officer.

Rena is a highly respected leader having been an integral part of the organisation for more than a decade. She has played a central role in shaping the Group’s strategy, operations and customer delivery, most recently as the Chief Operations Officer, and previously Managing Director of the Group’s employment law division, Halborns.

Rena’s new appointment ensures strong continuity for the Group’s customers, partners and suppliers. Her deep sector expertise and focus on operational excellence, particularly in the changing landscape of Employee Relations, is central to her leadership.
