New transformational learning solution added to the Group’s suite of digitally-enabled human capital management solutions

Empowering People Group has announced the acquisition of Learning Nexus to further enhance the breadth of the Group’s services as a technology-led HR, change and employment law solutions provider.

Learning Nexus is a UK-based provider of innovative, compliance-led digital learning solutions to corporates, public sector organisations and non-profits. Based in Gloucester, the business provides a library of digital content, as well as delivering bespoke content to address specific customer requirements.

Empowering People Group is owned by Limerston Capital Partners and already includes AdviserPlus, Working Transitions and Halborns, three businesses dedicated to simplifying the complexity in HR, empowering managers and upskilling teams. The Group has established itself as a leading UK provider of digitally-enabled HR solutions and expert advice, boasting an extensive client list of some of the UK’s biggest household names across the Group. The addition of Learning Nexus introduces a market-leading learning solution, and innovative content and design expertise to strengthen the Group’s proposition of driving business performance through people performance.
