RNIB achieves Disability Confident Level 3
The Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) has been accredited as a Level 3 Disability Confident employer by AdviserPlus.
Achieving Level 3 of the Department of Work and Pensions’ initiative means that RNIB is recognised as a Disability Confident Leader, acting as a champion within its local and business communities. RNIB is one of just 37 charities who have this status and one of 858 employers across all sectors.

To achieve the Level 3 accreditation through AdviserPlus, RNIB provided details of how they met the criteria such as the running of our Understanding Sight Loss Course, our flexible working policy, and setting minimum criteria for interviewing candidates covered by the scheme along with feedback to all who aren’t successful.
