National Inclusion Week
This week (23rd-29th September) marks National Inclusion Week, and the theme for 2024 is ‘Impact Matters.’ A reminder that everyone in an organisation can make an impact when it comes to inclusion at work.

Recruitment: ensure hiring practices are fair, inclusive and reach diverse talent pools.
Onboarding: design onboarding to be inclusive, considering varied needs from the outset.
HR policies: Review policies to ensure they are inclusive and respectful of diverse identities and circumstances.
Training: Ensure all employees, especially managers, receive comprehensive training on diversity, inclusion and bias awareness
Open communication: Create a culture where employees feel comfortable sharing their needs without fear of judgement or repercussions.
