One such success story is our Client Relationship Manager, Oliver Downes. Oliver has been with AdviserPlus for over 6 years, after he decided he wanted a change of direction in his career.

Oliver’s advice for those looking to progress at AdviserPlus.
- Talk to your manager about your progression – don’t keep it a secret about what you want to do, they can help you get there.
- Take the lead with your own development. Make a plan so you can easily track your progression and think of skills-based milestones that relate to the role you’re looking to move into. Be honest with yourself about where you need more exposure and development – no one is perfect!
- Finally, prepare to be bold – progression will often be in the form of stepping outside your comfort zone and doing something new, just don’t be afraid to give it a try!
