United Utilities learning and development training

We are committed to providing flexible, expert-led training to line managers to ensure they have the skills and confidence they need to handle people issues more effectively. Our Learning Director, Pat Ashworth, recently provided United Utilities with Diversity & Inclusion and we’re delighted to see such fantastic feedback for the award-winning learning and development solutions delivered.

I make no secret of the fact that I was nervous of how this would land. I felt it possible that our people would not engage – or worse feel that they were being lectured and part of a problem.

I am pleased to report that the training that Pat has delivered has not resulted in any negativity and in fact engagement has been very high. Many of our people have given unsolicited feedback regarding what they got out this. Many wanted regular refresher session! It has been pretty amazing really.
